The cheeses within the cake were excellent. I am now very much taken with Colston Bassett Stilton and will add this to my preferred blue cheese. We were familiar with Cornish Yarg and this was well received by those who partook of the cake. The Elmhirst was excellent. Your suggestion of adding the Cornish Brie was a very appropriate one. The Tunworth is always special.

Emails were answered quickly including when we had a last minute panic about vegetarian cheese! Everyone we had dealt with has been really helpful.
