I just wanted to drop you a note to say that our Wedding Cake of Cheese was absolutely amazing! We had a simple wedding, with a garden ceremony at a hotel close to where we live and then a relaxed party at our home. The cheese was wonderful and was devoured by our guests. The blue and the vintage cheddar were to die for. The guests tell me that the soft cheese on top was heavenly but I can’t comment as I did not get any! Thank you for adding the finishing touch to my special day.
