Graham and Jo Townsend make these wonderful delicate hand made goats cheeses which are beautifully Vulscombepackaged.

They use pasteurised goats milk and these cheeses are unusually made without rennet and then pressed for 24 hours to reduce the moisture.   This contributes to the final texture and mild, creamy flavour.
