This is an award winning Ewes milk cheese made by Anne Wigmore in Reading

Wigmore has natural, grey/white moulds on the crust which opens to reveal a nearly pure white inner

It has a lovely, delicate flavour, best eaten ripe when it matures into a rich, velvety smooth yet mellow wonder
