The only Wensleydale cheese actually made in the Dale, in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales National Park

This is handmade, Real Yorkshire Wensleydale made from the milk of cows grazing the limestone pastures on surrounding farms, which gives the cheese its unique flavour for which it is well known

This superb award winning cheese has a mild yet clean, slightly sweet flavour and a crumbly, moist flaky texture
