Individually boxed Vacherin Mont D'Or (500g)- Only available from September to April

A truely exceptional soft washed rind cheese made from unpasteurised milk from Alpine pastures of the Jura region

It has a rich, creamy, oozing interior with a darker outer rind which is wrapped in a band of spruce bark which permeates the cheese giving it a pleasant aroma.

Can be served warm in its original box and eaten like a fondue. Pairs well with fruit and fruity wines. Magnifique!
