This well respected cheese from the Haute Savoie region of France has been granted the AOC title

It's a lightly washed rind cheese with a soft centre, which is both mellow, delicate and fruity.

Excellent melted on baked potatoes and an essential ingredient for the famous tartiflette, a lovely gratin made from potatoes, onions, cream & bacon
