Ossau Iraty

Made in the French PyrenÙes, this cheese complies with strict Appelation d'Origine ControlÙe (AOC) regulations, although the shape of each cheese can vary from region to region.

Ossau is aged for a minimum of 90 days. The rind is brown and the inside is a beautiful ivory colour.

It has a creamy, not oversweet, slightly nutty & complex flavour yet still delivers a light & buttery taste that only a great Ewes milk cheese can.
