Made near Crediton, Devon by Dave and Marilyn Johnson who started production in their own purpose built dairy in 2006

This is an award winning hand made unpasteurised goats cheese with a natural rind. Norsworthy can be ready in two weeks giving it a moist, mild flavour and creamy texture. When left to ripen it becomes more crumbly but just as tasty.
