A superb washed rind cheese, mainly made from the milk of the vosgian countries between Alsace, Lorraine and Franche-Comte in France

During the maturation process the rind is periodically washed with brine,resulting in cheese with a strong aroma and flavour. It has a beautiful succulent soft, creamy texture
