Exmoor Somerset Blue

Exmoor Blue Cheese Co which lies on the fringes of Exmoor in Somerset make this full fat unpressed, yet firm blue cheese along with a whole host of other blue cheeses including Ewes, Goat and Buffalo. Somerset Blue won 'best blue' at the World Jersey Cheese awards in 2008.

Handmade and using Jersey milk gives this a creamy yellow colour and smooth, buttery rich flavour. Matured for longer than their Exmoor Jersey blue makes this stronger, drier and firmer in texture.
