Dorset Drum

Denhay farm based in West Dorset have around 1000 Fresian Holstein cows which were chosen for the high protein quality of their milk. They are passionate about the quality and consistency of their products so it's no surprise from their milk they produce this wonderful award winning clothbound 2kg truckle.

Dorset Drum is carefully matured for around 6-9 months producing a firm,smooth and creamy medium strength, and mellow cheddar .
