Made in Lombardy, Italy, this is a wonderful, soft creamy blue which takes around 2-3 months to mature

Dolce latte translates to sweet milk in English, so you can guess now that it has a luscious, sweet taste. It is a deliciously soft, creamy blue and melts in the mouth.

It can be used as a milder alternative to Gorgonzola and is great for cooking. Try stuffing it in chicken breasts or add to garlic, onions, cream and mushrooms for a delicious pasta bake.
