Curworthy

Traditional Curworthy, is just one of the cheeses which is made on a historic farm in the heart of the North Devon countryside by Rachel Stevens. They now have approx 80 - 90 cows and all the milk they produce is used for their cheese production

This is a cheddar style cheese which is matured for approx 3-4 months. Although more mellow than Devon Oke, one of their other cheeses, it still has a lovely creamy flavour with a buttery finish and edible outer rind.
