A great recent addition by Lynher Dairies in Cornwall

This is creamy and slightly crumbly like their nettle covered Yarg, but this one is covered in wild garlic leaves which are collected from the woods on their farm.

The garlic leaves aid the maturing process and a natural dusting of white mould will be found on them. The leaves impart a delicate, garlic flavour.
