Cornish Blue

This delicious blue cheese is entirely hand produced by the Cornish Blue Company in Liskeard, who not only have a whole host of awards to their name, but are also one of Rick Stein's food heroes.

It's a wonderful blue which is left to mature for 12 - 14 weeks. When young, it's moist & creamy soft in texture, mellow and slightly sweet in flavour. More mature cheeses develop a harder texture & slight tangy finish.
