Vacherin Mont d'Or

With the Vacherin season coming to the end of the season, why not share a baked cheese. Vacherin is an absolute delight eaten as is, but is taken to another level if you prick the surface of the cheese, insert one or two garlic cloves, pour a little dry white wine over the surface, preheat oven to 200 degrees and bake for around 25 mins. Eat like a fondue which is always fun and intimate
