From Lincet in France comes this individually boxed, cream enriched smooth cheese with white mould and simply delicious flavour

Similar to camembert but a creamier texture. It slowly ripens from the outside in. When young, it is tart and salty as it matures the rind thickens and the interior becomes buttery rich and creamy with a ripe mushroom aroma. Great to eat at any stage
